Before Your Visit
Please gather prior records which might be useful such as past allergy skin testing, pulmonary function testing, CT scans or X-rays of the chest and sinuses, and any laboratory work that has been done such as allergy blood testing or immunology labs.
Please check with the appointment scheduler to find out if any medications, or antihistamines need to be discontinued prior to your visit.
When You Arrive
It is very important that you show courtesy to other patients by not being late to your appointment. Arriving 30 minutes prior to a new patient appointment is highly recommended so paperwork does not interfere with your appointment slot and your time with us can be maximized.
